Our Story
ICTLAB was founded in 2022 in Brussels with a clear mission: to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity and IT infrastructure accessible to businesses of all sizes. We saw too many companies struggling with fragmented IT services, bolt-on security, and vendors pushing products over solutions.
We took a different approach. We built a team of specialists who think security-first, own projects end-to-end, and recommend what is genuinely best for each client — not what earns the biggest margin.
Today, ICTLAB serves clients across Belgium and the European Union, from fast-growing startups to regulated enterprises. Our SOC-as-a-Service platform GWARD extends our mission further, delivering 24/7 threat detection and compliance monitoring to SMEs that previously could not afford a dedicated security operations center.
