Claude Implementation Partner in Belgium: Compliant AI by Design
Put Claude to work without putting your compliance at risk. As a member of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, we design, secure and deploy Claude-based assistants, agents and developer tooling for regulated Belgian and European organisations.
ICTLAB is a member of the Claude Partner Network, Anthropic's programme for organisations that help businesses adopt Claude. Our angle is the one regulated organisations actually need: Claude delivered through the lens of EU regulation. Before a single prompt reaches production, we classify the use case under the EU AI Act, screen it for a GDPR Data Protection Impact Assessment (Article 35), and treat the model provider as an ICT third party under NIS2 supply-chain security (Article 21) and, for financial entities, the DORA Register of Information. We then build on the Claude API, Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud Vertex AI, choosing EU regions where data residency matters, and add the controls auditors ask for: least-privilege tool access for agents and MCP servers, prompt-injection testing, audit logging, human oversight and AI-literacy training for the teams who use it (AI Act Article 4). The result is a Claude deployment you can explain to your DPO, your CISO and your regulator.
What We Deliver
Use-Case & Compliance Scoping
AI Act risk classification, GDPR DPIA screening and a go/no-go per use case, so you only build what you can defend.
Secure Claude Architecture & EU Deployment
Claude API, Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud Vertex AI, with EU-region options, documented data flows, retention settings and identity integration.
AI Agents & MCP Integrations
Agents built with the Claude Agent SDK and Model Context Protocol servers that connect Claude to your systems with least-privilege permissions and full audit trails.
Claude Code Rollout for Engineering Teams
Claude Code adoption with guardrails: permission policies, secret hygiene, review gates in CI/CD and secure-development rules aligned with your SDLC.
Knowledge Assistants & RAG on Claude
Retrieval-augmented assistants over your documents and policies, with access control inherited from the source systems.
AI Security Testing & Governance Pack
Prompt-injection and data-leakage testing, human-oversight procedures, AI-literacy training (AI Act Art. 4) and the evidence file your auditors will ask for.
How We Work
Discovery & Regulatory Mapping
Identify high-value use cases and map each one to the AI Act, GDPR, NIS2 and, where relevant, DORA obligations.
Architecture & Data-Protection Design
Choose the deployment path (Claude API, Bedrock, Vertex AI), define data flows, retention and access, and complete the DPIA where needed.
Pilot Build
Deliver a fixed-scope pilot with real users, measured against agreed quality, cost and risk criteria.
Security Testing & Hardening
Test for prompt injection, data leakage and excessive agent permissions, then harden before go-live.
Production Rollout & Enablement
Roll out with monitoring, cost controls and AI-literacy training, then iterate on usage data.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does it mean that ICTLAB is a member of the Claude Partner Network?
The Claude Partner Network is Anthropic's programme for organisations that help businesses adopt Claude. Membership gives our team access to Anthropic's partner training, technical enablement and certification path. Each engagement remains scoped, delivered and owned by ICTLAB, with our own regulatory and security methodology.
Can we use Claude under the GDPR and keep data in the EU?
Yes, with the right design. Claude is available through Amazon Bedrock and Google Cloud Vertex AI, including EU regions, which lets you keep processing inside your existing cloud contract and data-residency choices. We document the data flows, put the data processing agreement and transfer safeguards in place, configure retention, and run a DPIA when the processing is likely to be high-risk. We confirm model availability per region at design time.
How does the EU AI Act apply when we deploy Claude?
Claude is a general-purpose AI model: the GPAI obligations sit with Anthropic as the model provider. Your organisation is the deployer, and your obligations depend on the use case: AI literacy for staff (Article 4, in force since February 2025), transparency towards people interacting with an AI system, and the full high-risk regime if the use case falls under Annex III (for example recruitment or credit scoring). We classify each use case before it is built.
Is Claude Code safe to use on regulated or sensitive codebases?
It can be, if it is rolled out deliberately. We define permission policies for what Claude Code may read, run and change, keep secrets out of its context, enforce human review and CI checks before merge, and log usage. Under NIS2 and DORA the AI tooling is part of your ICT supply chain, so we also document it in your third-party risk register.
How does a Claude project with ICTLAB start?
With a short discovery workshop to shortlist use cases and map their regulatory exposure, followed by a fixed-scope pilot. You get a working Claude solution, a risk assessment and a cost estimate for production before committing to a full rollout.
